The integrated PDF Library turns VPE into an easy to program and powerful tool for the creation of PDF files.

You export a report to PDF with a single function call:

Report.WriteDoc("My Document.pdf")

All Objects, including Barcodes, Charts and Rich Text objects are exported a true vector graphics, and not just as bitmaps.

Depending on the edition the PDF module supports PDF/A for digital preservation (according to ISO 19005-1:2005, PDF/A-1b), Bookmarks, Compression, Encryption, Linearized PDF (“Fast Web View”) and True-Type Font Embedding and Subsetting.
