VPE 3.5 print view to PDF print view are not the same

When I view a VPE report our margins are approx 1/4 inch left and right but if I view the same report to PDF the margins are pushed in to about an inch. This did not happen when we had VPE 3.2 but our customers are currently using 3.5.

Any help and insight would be great appreciated,
