EPOS printer installation

I work for a restuarant and I have a touch screen terminal which is linked to a EPOS Samsung ERP 350 thermal printer. This is not currently working because the motor's burn out. I have a replacement printer but it is a dot matrix printer. I've tested it by switching it on and pressing the feed button and it prints. BUT when i link it to the terminal I have no such luck. I've been through the manager mode and there is no possible way installing the printer as I don't have a driver for it. Please could someone help and also how could I install without any drivers.
