Clickable Chart

Hello,

clicking on a bar in a chart I want to open a new chart with details of the clicked bar.

Is it possible to attach each bar in a chart a separate OBJECTID, or is a attached OBJECTID valid for the whole chart? Or is there an other way to select a bar?

It is not possible to make a single item in the chart clickable. The chart is only as a whole clickable.
