Sorting of Copies

I use VPE 3.5.
Normally in the Programm i show the preview of the document.
While printing i change to several copies. In the case that there are more than 1 page in the document, VPE prints all the pages 1 then 2 then 3.
I want to print the entire document.
I found devcollate. Changing the value to false i am able to select the kind of sort. Can i set an additional Parameter to sort already in front?

What does this mean? Do you want to print in reverse order, starting from the last page?

If i start printing 3 times the same document of 3 pages,
(1) VPE prints first 3 times pages no. 1 then 3 times no 2 then 3 times no 3.
(2) I want VPE to print first the page 1,2,3 then again 1,2,3 then again 1,2,3.

That means afterwards i have always to sort all the documents.
In the printer driver sorting is declared like in Mode (2). I don´t understand why VPE is doing it different.

With devcollate = .t. i am able to change the way of sorting in the printung box of the preview. As Standard VPE prints in Mode (1).

I don't understand your english. What does "sort in front" mean?

If you set DevCollate = true, then the copies are sorted, i.e. VPE prints page 1, 2, 3 of copy 1, then page 1, 2 , 3 of copy 2, etc.

If you set DevCollate = false, then the copies are not sorted, i.e. VPE prints page 1 of copy 1, 2, 3 then page 2 of copy 1, 2, 3 etc.
