VPE to PDF issue

Postby mscirri » Mon Dec 20, 2004 6:19 pm

I noticed that on my projects, when I export a VPE doc to PDF by calling VpeWriteDoc(), text that is underlined and written to the VPE document via the VpwWriteRTF function is not underlined in PDF document. If I call VpeSetUnderlined(1) and write something to the VPE document with VpeWrite(), the text is exported to the PDF document with proper underline formatting.

I am using v3.5 (vpep3235.dll).

Thanks,

Marc

We tested this case and confirm this to be a bug in VPE v3.50 as well as VPE v3.60 R1.

We will release VPE v3.60 R2 within a few days which fill fix the problem.

Will there be an update for 3.50 or will that not be supported anymore? The projects that I discovered this on are using version 3.50.

Thanks,

Since September, 1st 2004 the code of VPE v3.50 is no longer maintained.

The fix will be implemented into v3.60, but v3.60 is 100% downwards compatible to v3.50.
