how can i configure the PDF Export with a Fit to Window Scale?

This is not possible with the current version (v6.10 R1) of VPE. We have put this onto our internal "Wishlist" and might implement it in a later version. If you are highly interested in such a feature, you can always contact us by e-mail and we will make you an offer for an individual programming contract. We roughly estimate that the required amount of work will be eight hours.
