AddMailAttachment

Hi,
it's possible to attach a file that the file is localed on the network(not on the computer that run the VPE) with the command AddMailAttachment() ?

Basically this should be possible, but the question can not be answered in general. Via MAPI the path and file name is supplied to the mail client. So it depends on the mail client, if it can handle network paths. Since the Windows API does handle network paths, most - if not all - mail clients should be able to handle it.
