Difficulties installing Professional Version of VPE

I have been successful installing the community edition of VPE, but I realized that the professional version it what I really need. I assumed that I would be able to install and try out the professional version. ( I further more assumed that since I have not paid for it yet the program would be crippled in some significant way. ) When I attempt to install it a dialog is shown stating:

"You have no sufficient access permissions to install this software."

Them some additional information.

I tried installing the Enhanced and standard versions also, with the same error.

What do I need to install the professional version?

Additional information:
-Computer is running Windows-7 64 bit professional
-I am the only user of this computer and I run in administration mode.
-Microsoft Security Essentials and Zone Alarm 'protection' software are running.

I found a solution:
Step 1 ( Which may not be needed )
-After downloading the file: TrialVPEp32.exe, from the windows explorer right click and select properties
-Select the 'compatibility' tab
-Check the 'run this program as an administrator'
-Click <OK> and exit the properties dialog

Step2
-Again from the windows explorer right click
-Select "Run as administrator"

After doing that the installation process was a success.

It is sufficient to just right-click the VPE installer and choose 'run this program as an administrator'. The problem will be solved in the next release, so that the installer will ask for elevated permissions.
