OnDestroyWindow is now fired after every CloseDoc

I am using VPE 6.10 together with Delphi 5 and recently discovered that OnDestroyWindow is now fired every time CloseDoc is called.
This was not the case in the last version I used (V 3.60).
In V3.60 It only fired when the preview-window was closed.

It's not a big problem since I can easily work around that but I wonder if this change is intentional?

We checked our source code repository, and since VPE v3.60 there was no change in the code regarding sending this message. Maybe the Delphi VCL changed something in the message processing, so that this message was not received in other versions of the VCL.
