write text to vpe-document

Hoi,

I am using Progess in combination with vpe. Since a few weeks we started with version6.0 of vpe. All my vpe-lists needs to be changed.
But on a certain list I will put some text on a give position.
when I use the WRITE command the text is not printed on the list, with the PRINT statement it is on the list but with this command I cannot give a right position until where my text may come, so my text is now over some following text

Example: start text on left-position 350 and another text starts on left-position 1200 on the same line; so if my first text is a long text then if will be printed until the page right margin and not until the position 1150

How can resolve this problem?

The method Write() works. It has been tested intensively. It seems you are doing something wrong. Please contact our tech support for individual support.
