Error failed to load vpengine runtime dll (vpep3250.dll)

Hi,

I'm trying to deploy my application on a windows 2008 server. I've copied the vpectrl50.ocx, vpep3250.dll and vpectrl50.dep to the application folder (C:\D-Plan\ocx).
Then I run 'regsvr32.exe c:\D-Plan\ocx\vpectrl50.ocx'. The ocx get registred.
Than I run my application and try to print something. I get the error 'failed to load vpeengine runtime dll (vpep3250.dll).
What am I doing wrong here. Please help me out. I've looked already in the manual, help-files, public forum, but haven't found anything.

As always with DLLs, they must be in your PATH environment.

The default PATH is:
- your application directory
- windows\system32

"C:\D-Plan\ocx" is not by default in your PATH. So either add "C:\D-Plan\ocx" to your PATH environment variable, or move the vpe-dll to your application directory or to windows\system32 (the application directory is recommended).

Correct, I've registred the ocx in the live path, but I was testing in the testing-environment (map).
Thanks for the solution, I've registred the ocx in the system32 directory and now everything works
