VPE 4.x and Dymo labels: Text cut off

I had some difficulties with printing labels on a Dymo Labelwriter. The text on the right and bottom was cut off. This while the same labels were printed ok with VPE 3.x

As it seems, VPE 4.x takes into account the size of the label that's defined in the printer driver settings. For instance: if you want to print on a label of 5x10 cm, but in the printer driver a label size of 2x3 cm is defined, only 2x3 cm will be printed. So it looks like the print is cut off.

To solve this I had to make sure the correct label size is defined in the printer driver.

This probably could be an issue with other label printers as well?

Yes, this will also affect other label and POS printers as well as normal printers.

Starting with v4.0, VPE retrieves the current page dimensions from the printer driver and clips objects at the page-borders. This code change was introduced to solve some problems with buggy printer drivers.
