Opening a VPE file created with later version?

Hi,

Can the V35 and V36 ActiveX Object view VPE files created using V40 ?

At the moment I'm creating a basic document using the Demo 4.0 Prof. Ed. and getting an "Error reading Document File!" error when trying to open it in the V36 VPE Viewer.

Please read the docs. v4.0 can open files created by previous versions, but not vice versa, i.e. previous version can not open files created by v4.0.
