Bold within a sentence

Is it somehow possible to print single words, within a sentence in
bold or underline. I found [B but it is only working at the start of
a sentence. But often it happens, that i want to print a single word
in the middle.

This can only be achieved by using RTF (Rich Text), which is available in the Professional Edition and any higher edition.
