PRS file no longer being picked up after Windows updates

Hi

We have a scenario where VPE version 3.5 is being used to produce documents on a couple of our servers. After Windows updates were done on Server A, the PRS file is no longer being picked up so the documents aren't printing. However, on server B, where updates have not been done, the documents are still printing without any issues. Everything on these servers is identical, except for the fact that Windows updates have been installed on one and not the other. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue would be most welcome.

As written in the manual, the PRS files store private printer-driver data. If you change the printer-driver version or the platform (i.e. 32-bit vs. 64-bit), this may cause that the private data is no longer compatible with the driver. The Windows updates may have caused driver updates.
