Need to rotate a GIF Image file

I can not figure out how to rotate a GIF image file and print it in landscape mode? I tried using the standard "Rotation" command and rotate the image 90 degrees but it didn't work. Can a GIF image be rotated and if so what command do I use to get this done?

Just was working with the rotation again, my original assumption was that the image was in a normal format, but I needed it rotated. Turns out the image was already rotated so my code was only rotating it again which made it appear the rotation was not working. Laughing at myself on a Monday morning!
