Picture is not printed in Original Size

Postby vpe88 » Tue Aug 09, 2011 11:43 am

Hi experts,

I'm running in DotNet 2010 with VPE v6.10 Professional.

By using .Picture function to print images to the PDF doesn't printed out the Image (tested with .bmp, .jpg, .gif, .tiff) nicely, the printed Image's size is bigger and blur by comparing to its original.

Is there anything I can do to tune it better?

Thanks in advance for your input.

Check the resolution (in DPI) of your original images, likely it is too low. Otherwise check the property Vpe.DocExportPictureResolution. Lastly, check if you are using VFREE for the right and bottom coordinates of the images, so that VPE computes the dimensions of the images for you. When VPE computes the dimensions, it considers the DPI resolution and the number of pixels, in order to compute metric coordinates.

Solved.

Thanks, I set wrongly the bottom coordinate. It's okay now with VFREE.
