Print a String with partly Black Background

Postby KHentschel » Fri Mar 18, 2011 4:28 pm

Hello,

how could it be possible to Print a String with partly Black Background. For example i have the string 0123456789 and here i want to fill the part 567 with a black background and white foreground. Could anybody give me an assistance?

Many thanks...

Use Rich Text (RTF). Using RTF you can set the forground and background color of each character. RTF is supported by the Professional Edition or higher.

thank you, this works fine...

but i do not understand how to build the colortable. i found out that the index 1 = black and index 5 = white (in default). but how to change this in an activex enviroment?

The color table can be either specified by using RTF keywords in your RTF string, or you can modify it by calling the method SetRTFColor().
