User Defined Paper VPE 3.6 VS VPE 5.0

We have a annoying problem since we updated from VPE 3.6 to VPE 5.0 while using user defined paper size and printing on Toshiba thermal TEC printers.

Before we could set VPE to USER-DEFINED PAPER SIZE and set the page height and page width propreties to the size of the sticker and it would print perfectly on our stickers.

Now if we use user defined paper the printer prints about 4 feet of stickers and doesn't stop ... Like it was unable to send the proper dimension to the printer. By using a PRS and choosing the paper size in the printer we can stop this behavior but it doesn't help for programs that print on variable length sticker , we used to be able to calculate the page size depending on the content of our sticker and set the page size to that .

This is causing us alot of problems and we don't have any solution to print these stickers.
