BeforeMail and PDF

I want to send a Previewed VPE Document as PDF via Mail. Before the document is attached i want to change something in the PDF File. I found in the documentation the possibility with the BeforeMail event but i can not find the generated PDF File in the TMP/TEMP Directory. Could somebody help me with this... many thanks

The PDF file has not been created when this event is fired. The event's purpose is that you can cancel the event and implement your own mailing code, either by using VPE's built-in e-mail and messaging capabilities, or by using other tools / libraries.
