List Type Reports

I am searching for a reporting solution to replace our need for MS Sql Reporing Services and so far I like what I see in VPE very very much. It looks like VPE/dycodoc works great for form based reports but can it easily do list based reports with grouping and sub-total/totals? Can that type of report be created using a template or does it have to be done using the direct code?

Currently dycodoc is for forms only. Tables / lists must be generated by code. A later version will be capable of creating reports with grouping, etc. - but we can not give a release date at present. We are working on it.

However, you can use dycodoc to create the static parts of a report, i.e. headers, footers, letterheads, logos, etc. and generate the tables by code. This can be achieved very easily and quickly.
