Customizing E-mail for sending with Preview button

I try to send E-mails with attached PDF-files of the document that is created by VPE. It is possible to always create a PDF-file to have it if the user would like to send it, but it would be a better solution to create the PDF-file after the mail-button in the preview window is pressed. Is that possible?

I have been looking for an BeforeMail-event where such things could be done, but not found any.

VPE has such an event and it is exactly named BeforeMail.

But if you wish to send a document by e-mail as PDF, simply license the PDF module and VPE will create and attach PDF files by default.

Furthermore you can customize what kind of document shall be sent (VPE document or PDF), by using the property MailAutoAttachDocType.
