i can set the adjustment in the Printersetup in Windows
Portrait format, Landscapeformat and turned
( Hochformat, Querformat und Gedreht )
How is it possible to set the "turnedstatus" with VPE ?

"Turned" is not supported by the Windows API and therefore it is not supported by VPE. Only Landscape / Portrait is supported by VPE. You can set "Turned" in the printer setup and VPE will print the page turned, but the preview of VPE is not capable of displaying it.
