Computer locking up while printing from VPE

I have a user who is using an Alaska Xbase program that is calling VPE to print report. After the user print a report about 3 times, the computer locks up.

What is very confusing is that I have different users (at different locations) who been using VPE for about 3 years now and they do not have a problem. This is the only user who computer locks while printing.

I have tried using different print drivers and it still locks up. The program locks up if the person preview the report and then print the report and it also locks up if the person print directly to the printer (skipping preview).

Can some one point in the right direction on how I can figure out what the problem is and how to fix it.

There is definitely something wrong with the machine. Unfortunately this is all we can say. We have no idea what is wrong with it.
