Printing € - the Euro sign

Is it possible to print the euro sign with 32 bit VPE? I use Dataflex and Swedish national settings in Windows.
I tried with Arial. When I print ASCII 128 I get Ç
When I copied from Notepad and checked the ascii value, I got 63 but when I tried to print that, a question mark was printed.

Is there a solution to this problem?

See VpeSetCharset() (property: CharSet): Your codepage is WIN_ANSI for Swedish. In this Wikipedia article, you find the character table:

The Euro character is encoded there as hex $80 (128 decimal).

If you don't get the Euro character, did you set a different codepage?
