VPE View showing Centimeters - needs to be inches

The document was created with inches and saved as a .VPE document.
But when I open the document with VPE View it shows the ruler in Centimeters.
How do I get VPE View to show inches, or not show the Ruler.
Are there any command line arguments to VPE View?

The property RulersMeasure is not serialized to VPE document files, therefore VPEView will always show the rulers in cm units.

VPEView has no command line option to turn off the rulers.

We suggest you write your own VPEView, which is only a few lines of code:

If you are using the VPE-DLL, just call VpeOpenDocFile() and provide the file name.

If you are using the VPE-Control (.NET, ActiveX, Delphi VCL, Java), set the property SwapFileName first, then call OpenDoc().
