What languages can be displayed in VPE?

I have an application that needs to display Vietnamese in reports. Can VPE display this language properly? It is not a DBCS

Vietnamese is not supported in the current v3.60. If we release a Unicode version, it will be supported, but we have no release date for a Unicode version yet.
