Ver 7: TextBlocks

Very excited by the TextBlock functionality - it looks like it will be an extremely powerful feature!

However, this first beta release does not appear to publish the CreateTextBlock and CreateTextBlockRTF functions (using VCL XE5)?? My TVPEngine component is definitely showing as VCL Version 7.00

Forgive me - there was an old vpe_vcl.pas file lurking in my search order! The text block code IS there :D
