Can not register VPEP32.DLL on Windows Server 2003

Hello, I am trying to run a Software that uses the VPEP32.DLL in Version 3.10.0.4 for printing on a Terminalserver but when the program tries to load the dll it says "Failed to load the VPEngine runtime DLL (vpep32.dll)" and when i try to register it manually with regsrv32 it says "LoadLibrary("vpep32.dll") fehlgeschlagen - Unzulässiger Zugriff auf einen Speicherbereich." or in english "LoadLibrary("vpep32.dll") failed - illegal access on memory."

This version is about 6 years old and unsupported. Please update to the current version.
