vpectrl35.ocx not registered on Citrix server

I am installing an upgraded version of an existing VB6 application on a Citrix server. This application uses vpectrl35.ocx. The previous version of the application used VPE 3.0 and it ran fine on the Citrix thin client. vpectrl35.ocx appears to install and register correctly on the server and the application runs correctly on the server as well. However, when we run the application from one of the client terminals, it errors out saying that vpectrl35.ocx is not correctly registered.
I have tried uninstall/clean install and manually registering the vpectrl35.ocx.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Technically there is no difference between the v3.0 and the v3.50 ActiveX. It must be a problem of your installation procedure.
