Installation error Community Edition 7.4

During the installation of the Community Edition v7.4 I get the next error. This in both the 32-bit as 64-bit version.

DoRealCopy16: Couldn't create file 'C:\Program Files\VPE_C64.740\Python\VpeControl.py'

DoRealCopy16: Couldn't create file 'C:\Program Files (x86)\VPE_C32.740\Python\VpeControl.py'

Thank you for the hint. We fixed the problem. Please download the Community Edition again and it should work now.
