I am using VpEcTRL71.ocx on my production machine without problems, but on test machine CreateObject returns nil.
On the test machine, I have copied and registered correctly the ocx.
Any Idea?

This can have so many different causes, there is no real advice. For in-depth support, please contact our support e-mail address.
If you are working with .NET you'll need to install the 32-bit and 64-bit OCX in parallel (or better, use the VPE .NET component, also 32- and 64-bit installed in parallel).
