Default printer in the Print dialog window

Hi

I experience a problem when the Windows Print dialog box comes up
when using Printdoc(true) and that is that the default printer is not
highlighted, the Print dialog highlights some other printer. However
using the SetUpPrinter, the default printer is highlighted.

Is there anything to set anywhere?

I am using VPE3.0 in a citrix environment under Windows 2000 and our
programming language is Progress V9.1D.

This sounds strange. The default printer is selected by VPE by default
when OpenDoc() is called.

Are you sure there is no instruction in your code somewhere, where the
printer is switched?

After investigating the complete process of printing, our print program was using the prs file from a previous session and that made the Printer Dialog not highlighting the default printed but the printer from this old prs file.

Thanks for the hint and I believe VPE is a very good product.
