Is it possible to display multiple values in a column along the x axis. For example I am trying to create a line chart showing animal weight for 12 months. I would like the x label to show months, but plot values that may be taken weekly and not always on the same day or may contain skips. The only way I have found to get the time values displayed correctly is to set 365 columns for the chart and use the gap feature for dates where no weight is taken. The line is ploted correctly but I have not been able to create any reasonable x label because of the number of columns. Any suggestions?

This is not possible with VPE. I suggest you draw yourself a chart, using the Line() method of VPE.
