First page contains no text

Hi

I Have a problem when printing with vpePrintDoc, the first page only contains the image, the next pages is ok, contains both text and image.
The problem is only on 5 computers of 80 computers.
If they print via the previewer all pages is ok.
Same problem with other printers/drivers.
We are using the dll version 5, newest version.
I have some application using vpe 3.5, and they er ok on the same computers. We updated to version 5 for the pdf export.

What should I try or look for.
