Since i have the Version 4 this printer is not printing out directly. I have to show the preview, than change the format of the papersize to userdefined, and do the printout. Then it prints. But not all of the document. I see in the previe the Text "Art.-Nr." but on the etikett it is not printed.
If i do directly "printdoc" the document is not printed. The printjob is shown shortly in the printer then it disappears.

I found a different driver that works properly.

Did the problem also happen with VPE v4.0 R2? We implemented a workaround for buggy POS printer drivers into this version, which should fix many problems with such drivers.

I don´t knpw because i had the R2 only for a short while.

What driver did you use? Can you please post the manufacturer, version and platform?

Only that it was the delivered with the printer.
