Please help me!!

I have a big problem with the mail icon on the report

When I send a mail for the first time, it works very well..

But When I try it for the second time it crash with an error like "Échec de l'opération."

I try:
Uninstall and re-install the ocx in the downloaded Program file ( Same thing)

Detect and Repare in Outlook (Same thing)

Delete all local dll file after an unstall (Same Thing)

Try in a HTML page a single <a href="mailto:asdfasdf@asdfaf.com">test</a> (It works very well all the time...)


Can you tell me what else can I do?

Use a newer version of VPE, i.e. v3.50 or higher.

Such problems have not been reported before for VPE v3.50. We have no clue. Does this happen on every machine or only a particular machine?

Did you try v4.0?

I suggest you check with VPE v4.0, you can use the Trial-Version for this. We do not maintain v3.50, it is nearly 5 years old.
