Need to get data out of VPE Files

We are replacing an old system with reports having an option to export .VPE files, and this is the only way to extract some large files of setup data required for the new system.

I've downloaded one versio of the VPE viewer, but it has no save or export options - but it does open the files OK.

The viewer with a new "demo" version of VPE 4.00 gives an error opening the file - citing incompatible doc version, access denied, not a vpe doc or file damaged as possible reasons.

Is there any way I can get the data out of these VPE files to load into a new database ?

Thank you for sending a sample file. We had no problems in opening the file using VPE View v4.0.
