[Windows platform only; not supported by PHP and the Community Edition]

Returns / sets the job name for the currently selected output device, which will be shown in the printer spooler of the system. If no job name is set ("" or NULL), VPE will compose a job name from the name of the application calling VPE and the title of the document (or of the filename, if SwapFileName is set).
