Sometimes Demo, sometimes not

Using latest VPE 7. Sometimes our printed pages shows up as demo, and sometimes not. This appears around 50% of the times. Any clue to what could be wrong?

Are you using the latest service release R3? It can be downloaded from our customer portal at http://www.IdealSoftware.com/cgi-bin/portal

Yes we are using that version.

Best you contact our support e-mail address and provide the following info:
- Windows name, version and bit-depth (32- or 64 bit)
- VPE bit-depth (32- or 64 bit)
- Your programming environment / version
- Are you using the VPE DLL, or a VPE component (ActiveX, .Net, Delphi VCL or Java component)?
- If using a component: How do you instantiate the component? Is it placed on a form with a GUI designer / IDE, or do you create it by code?
- Are you using Multi-Threading or is VPE run as a service?
- Please right-click onto the DLL, choose properties | Details and make a screen-shot of the version information.
